Not that I should laugh at About.com's sister website run by the New York Times, but I found this ad there this morning, and I was much amused.
The ad shows a saffron-robed Theravada monk looking thoughtful. The copy read,
Self-discovery starts with an insightful quiz that understands who you are, allowing The New York Times marketing department to make personalized product recommendations.
In other words, Grasshopper, discover your true inner self so that we know what to sell to you. Does this qualify as a dharma burger?
